This policy explains how SionCash Budget handles information when you use its income, expense, budget, print, and sharing features.

Your calculator entries

Income amounts, expense categories, budgets, and currency selection are processed in your browser. This version does not send those entries to an application database or advertising service, and it does not save them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading the page resets them. Opening a full-budget snapshot restores the values stored in that link. The page removes the snapshot fragment from the address bar after loading it, but copies may remain in your message history or browser history.

Printing and sharing

The print report contains the figures and category names you enter. A printed copy or PDF is handled by your browser, device, and chosen print destination. Keep it secure. You can choose website-only sharing, which excludes financial entries, or a full-budget snapshot, which includes your plan name, currency, income, every expense row, savings settings, emergency-fund inputs and the information needed to recalculate all results. Snapshot data is encoded in the link’s URL fragment; it is not encrypted. URL fragments are not sent in the normal page request, but recipients, browser extensions, and any service you send the complete link to may read them. Anyone with a copy can read or forward it. No revocation or password protection is provided. Downloaded HTML reports and PDFs also contain your financial figures. Social networks and your device’s share services apply their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.

Reviews

If you submit a review, your chosen star rating, written message, optional name, and submission time are stored in the site’s database to collect feedback. With your agreement, your name (or Anonymous if left blank), star rating, review, and date are displayed publicly on this site and may be read or copied by anyone. Earlier reviews submitted under the private-feedback notice remain private. Do not include sensitive or personal financial information in your review. The server also stores a daily-changing hash derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not store the raw IP in the reviews table. Reviews are retained until the owner removes them. Calculator inputs and shared snapshot data are not included with a review unless you type them into the review yourself.

Hosting and access

The hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requests, and sign-in information to deliver and secure this website. Platform-managed cookies and logs are separate from the calculator’s financial entries. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for information about its services.

Advertising and analytics

No AdSense advertising code or analytics tracker is installed in this version. If advertising is enabled later, this policy and the consent controls must reflect the providers actually used before that change takes effect.

If Google ads are enabled, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies to select ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can support ads from Google and its partners across participating sites. You can manage Google’s personalized advertising through My Ad Center, learn how Google uses information from partner sites, or explore participating providers’ choices at YourAdChoices. These links do not activate ads on this calculator.

Affiliate and referral links

The Amazon affiliate link and Cash App referral link are ordinary external links. After you follow them, Amazon or Cash App may use cookies or other identifiers to attribute qualifying purchases or referrals and process your visit under their own privacy policies. The calculator does not attach your income, expenses, savings plan, or reviews to these links. Account creation, payments, purchases, and referral rewards are handled by the respective provider.

External links and future changes

External websites may collect information under their own policies after you follow a link. Financial entries are attached to full-budget snapshot links only when you choose that sharing mode. Share such links privately with trusted recipients. A recipient edits an independent copy; edits are not synchronized. This policy will be updated when the site’s data practices change; the date above identifies this version.
